How long are shipping times?

Since this is a custom built product, the process takes a few days to build, test and dispatch.

We build these in small batches every month and schedule a target shipping date to ship out all orders at once. Target shipping dates will be displayed at the top of the page.

Do you have a refund policy?

Our refund policy is simple - If theres an issue with the product upon delivery and it has not been misused in anyway such as damage caused by running it under water or prolonging usage after the motor has heated up, then come back to this website and initiate a chat with us or simply send us an email. We will request video confirmation of the issue after which we will either ship you a replacement or give you a full refund.

Why does it get warm when using it?

The BlowerJet™ XL features a high-energy, high-RPM motor, which means that prolonged and continuous usage of the product can lead to the generation of excessive heat. We highly recommend using it for shorter periods and avoiding overheating.
